The Fairgrounds offer many amenities including a 6,000 foot Exhibit Hall, Meeting Room with demonstration kitchen, Commercial Kitchen, 10,000 foot Event Center, open-air livestock pavilion, two outdoor arenas, paved and unpaved parking, RV park with electricity (for events at the Fairgrounds only) and livestock and horse stalls, and covered Grand Stands which provide 1,975 seats on the main arena.
The Fairgrounds can handle many events. Past events include motorcycle rallies, state horse shows and rodeo events, RV group rendezvous, 4 x 4 rallies, military training, estate and antique auctions, receptions, music concerts and many other events.
2024 Facility License Agreement
Chaffee County requires a certificate of insurance naming Chaffee County as an additional insured establishing that the Facility User has minimum insurance coverage (item 11 page 3 of the agreement).

Events are not scheduled until a deposit has been secured by Fairgrounds staff. Chaffee County accepts credits cards- Facility License Agreement must be completed and returned to Miki Hodge first.
